RESOURCE: Wheel of Compassion
Introducing... The Wheel of Compassion.
This resource helps you to centre compassion in your work, so that you can do your best, more sustainably. The Wheel of Compassion combines two frameworks to create a structure: compassionate qualities (Irons and Beaumont, 2018) and directions of compassion flow (Gilbert, 2017).
It involves one simple activity, which can be completed in about 10 minutes.
It could be useful if you want to:
track how courageous, wise and caring you have been lately
explore how you have been giving and receiving compassion
create an intention about how to bring even more compassion into your work
