CFC: an evidence-based supervision model [training opportunity]
CFC: an evidence-based supervision model
With an emphasis on systemic support coming from the "experts at hand" guidance, there is an even stronger case for supervision and reflective spaces being provided to schools. So, Constellations Psychology is offering a training in CFC, so you can refresh your supervision practice as part of providing services to schools.
What is CFC:
Compassion Focussed Coaching (CFC) is a peer-reviewed, manualised and evidence-based group supervision model. This training offer is for practitioners delivering supervision in education, to provide the knowledge, skills and supervision they need to offer CFC to their schools.
What does research show about CFC's impact:
✅ Increase perceived resilience
✅ Increase ability to understand complex student behaviour
✅ Increase the ability to give/receive compassion
(Heriot-Maitland & Taylor, 2024)
